I'm a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and psychotherapist practising from my private home studio in Squamish and at Creekside Health in Squamish and Whistler.
My path began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at UBC and continued through transpersonal psychology and counselling at Clearmind International Institute. Alongside that training, I've spent many years in Eastern philosophy, yoga, and meditation, and that practice shapes how I sit with people.
I'm a long-time Sea-to-Sky local, and my work is rooted in this place: the mountains, the rivers, the wild. I draw on transpersonal psychology, honoring mind, body, and spirit as one path to healing. I can only guide you as far as the healing work I've done myself, and I bring that lived experience into every session. Seeing change happen is the best thing ever, and I love watching people reach their goals.
How I work
Come as you are. There's no judgment here. I care for your mind, body, and spirit together, using talk therapy, body-based work, and mindfulness. Depending on what you need, we might try parts work, inner child work, family constellations, breathwork, yoga, meditation, dreamwork, ritual, or coaching. It's all trauma-informed and client-led, so we go at your pace and focus on what matters to you. And sometimes, just having someone witness your struggle in a safe space is what you need most.
We can meet in my private studio, at Creekside Health, or online. Some sessions happen outdoors on the forest trails, with yoga, or with horses. Wherever you feel most at ease.
All the approaches I use

Ecotherapy, with the land, plants, and animals as our guides. Breathwork. Meditation and guided visualization. Dreamwork. Ritual or ceremony. Life coaching.
